I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to each and every one of you who auditioned for Oklahoma!. Your talent, energy, and dedication made decisions incredibly challenging, and I know that some of you will be disappointed, hurt or upset. Please know that every single audition was appreciated, and I wish I could cast everyone because the level of talent we saw was truly remarkable.

If you were offered a role, we ask that you confirm your acceptance or decline by email. The email address to send your reply is: btbwbs@bellsouth.net

 

If you accept your role, please type YES in the subject line and include your name, the email address you use regularly, and, if you text, the phone number you use for messages in the body of the email (yes, I know most of you wrote that on your audition form). We would also need to know if you plan to attend our first full-cast meeting on Saturday, February 7 at 10:00 a.m., which should wrap up by noon. This meeting is very important, as we will be taking costume measurements, distributing scripts and music, sharing a tentative rehearsal schedule, and providing other important information to help everyone get started on the right foot.

  

If you are unable to accept the role for which you were cast, simply type NO in the subject line of the email and your NAME in the body of the email.

 

If we do not hear from you by 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning February 7, then I will assume you have rejected the role for which you were cast, and I will reassign that part and/or remove your name from the list.

 

Remember, your name may appear more than once on the cast list, so please review it carefully. It has been an absolute joy and honor to watch all of you perform, and we are so excited to see this talented group come together on stage. Thank you again for sharing your time, energy, and gift of performance with us. We look forward to an amazing show with all of you!
