Black Tie Christmas

Black Tie Christmas is an original musical production directed and compiled by Johnny Brewer. The 1½ hour special concert combines beloved sacred and secular holiday classics with solos and choral ensemble selections. This Whole Backstage performance will entertain and touch an audience of all ages.

Director Johnny Brewer says, “This festive production evolved after the incredible success of the recently completed Black Tie Broadway with more than 70 singers and dancers. New talent as well as returning Whole Backstage performers made up this fantastic cast. My idea is to showcase our ...musicians as a continuum while we are in rehearsal and performance mode, as well as bring a unique warmth of Christmas spirit to the community.”

This production is not part of the season Patron program, and all tickets are $10 each. Tickets may be purchased by calling the WBS office at 256.582.7469, or by visiting the office at 1120 Rayburn Avenue in Guntersville during business hours 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

 

Performance Dates: December 18, 19 at 7:00 p.m., plus a Sunday Matinee on December 20 at 2:00 p.m.
